When you’re conducting
research, there are two
Ways you can go about it.
The first type of research
is quantitative Research, where you keep things short and focused,
and aim to get the largest possible volume of responses. You’ll get answers to
your specific questions, but little in the way
of deeper insight.

The second method is qualitative research, which entails a deeper study with fewer
people.
It will allow you to get a
thorough understanding of your brand perception through more questioning; however,
you’ll be working with a reduced sample size (that’s the size of the group of
respondents to your research).
I usually conduct quantitative
research first, and then conduct qualitative research to answer questions that
arise from the first survey, and need a little more context.
